Support Model Summary
Our Support Services are designed to make sure that you and your colleagues continue to outstanding value from your organisation’s annual licensing and maintenance contract with StatMap.
We don’t prioritise you based upon the cost of product which you subscribe to, as all of our clients receive the same Five Star customer client support programme. As we don’t hide behind a sales department, you will always be speaking with technical experts who truly understand and have mastered the technical infrastructure of eVO and the development environments in which they are built.

Eligibility to the latest software versions and upgrades for EVO Platform products.
Developer Support is offered as standard with the Annual Licencing and Maintenance Contract.
