Land Charges module can be used as a standalone service, using its advanced integrated GIS to consume data via OGC-compliant Web Feature Services (WFS) from your enterprise GIS spatial databases, or via file transfer. This ensures that HorizoNext Land Charges always uses automatically the current and correct data upon which to base its reporting.

Due to the spatial-centric nature of reporting, HorizoNext Land Charges complies with the preferred approach used by HM Land Registry, and means that reporting is provided instantly using our in-built advanced GIS capabilities.

Generating pre-populated letters can be performed automatically (upon events occurring) or at the touch of a button. You can also edit all formatted reports before issuing, using the fully integrated document editor (using .docx templates).
